EU-MIDCAP is a peer-to-peer Facility supporting partner-country authorities and civil society organizations, as well as regional bodies, to design and implement their migration and forced displacement management systems in line with international standards and to develop their cooperation with the EU and its Member States. Funded by the European Union (DG INTPA) and co-implemented by a Consortium led by the International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) together with UNHCR, UNICEF and the authorities of Czechia, Poland, Spain and Sweden, EU-MIDCAP provides rapid, tailor-made assistance upon request.
EU-MIDCAP welcomes applications from experienced professionals with an advanced degree in migration studies, international human rights law, public policy, social sciences, international development, or related fields, and a minimum of five years of relevant professional experience in migration related areas with a focus on capacity development and drafting of policy documents across Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia, the Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean. Registration is open to staff from public administrations of EU Member States, public servants from EU partner countries, and private consultants. Due to project modalities, applications from international organizations cannot be considered.
